Amazing time, highly recommend! Alessandro was super nice and helpful.

Alessandro was everything you could hope for. He was accommodating, took time for us to get comfortable with the controls, showed us hot spots around the island of Ortigia to visit, and provided us with amenities to make the trip worth while. I will definitely be returning in the future, 10/10 host.

Alessandro went over and above to organise pick up from accomodation and drop off small fee. Great communication! Can highly recommend this boat yard for boat hire! Fantastico!

Exceptional boat and friendliness

Alessandro was extremely responsive throughout the booking and hire process. The boat was in great order and Alessandro provided an extremely thorough briefing before we set off. A bonus was the ice box with Prosecco! Strong winds and rough seas meant we didn’t anchor up or swim but on calmer conditions could have done so. Would highly recommend!

This is the third time we've been on Alessandros boat. He's really easy to communicate with and quick to reply to messages. The boat is really clean and a good size. Alessandro was great. Communication before the day of the booking was clear, and on the day of the booking he gave us a great explanation on how to use the boat and places to go (he even has a map onboard with clear explanations of where to go and sites to see from the boat).

We had the best day out on allessandros boat! It had great speakers, radio and shower with cover for the sunshine. Allessandro was helpful, kind and gave us a handy map with some interesting facts about the sights you would go. Great memories anchoring the boat anywhere we fancied to swim and explore. Alessandro was great at communicating and super flexible, he drove the boat closer to us so we wouldn't have to take a taxi. We had a very nice time and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Our day on Alessandro’s boat was absolutely brilliant. His communication from the start was first rate and made everything very easy. He explained the boat and where we could explore very well. There was a great Bluetooth sound system and he also provided a big ice box for our drinks. The charge for petrol was also very reasonable after 5 hours on the boat. It was a great day and I’d highly recommend it.

A superday on the sea, discovering the beauty of the coast of Siracusa. The boat was clean an well maintained, with all the facilities onboard like fresh water, fridge and a sound sistem with all the conexions to play your own music and just make your day great! Alessandro was super kind and flexible, he gave us a notebook with all the points of interest around Siracusa. For sure I am coming back!

Excellent boat, easy and quick communication, ice cooler for bottles. Difficult to get a 40hp engine to plane. Be aware you need to pay cash for the fuel at end of the day, and it’s likely to be between €70 to €100 We had a great day, and great fun.

I hired the boat to take my partner and her parents on a day trip. We were worried about parking and finding the place but everything was easy. Alessandro was easy to deal with, the esky was full of ice we got some food and drinks from a shop about 300m from the dock and were off. We pick up my partner's parents and went to Ognina for lunch at Ognina Sun and Food which was beautiful. We then took the boat out to the Ognina bay and snorkelled around the small island there before heading back. There was enough shade on the boat for the 4 of us. It was an excellent day out certainly one of the highlights of our trip. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

This rental was perfect. The boat is very pleasant and spacious; there were six of us, and we had plenty of room. Alessandro gave us a very warm welcome, and the bottle of Preseco in a cooler was a very welcome gift. Alessandro is very helpful. The only downside is that fuel isn't included in the rental price. You pay extra when you return the boat. In our previous rentals, fuel was included. It's a bit of a shame. Thank you to Alessandro for his kindness.

We rented Alessandro's boat for a trip with the family without a skipper. Alessandro and his partner are delightful people, they were super kind and helpful from the start. They gave us all the necessary information to stay calm and serene, showing us the route to take and where to stop. The boat is clean and comfortable and also has some extras that make the difference such as the bottle of prosecco, the mini bar with ice, the Bluetooth stereo with a pen drive where you will find the playlist of the moment but also snorkeling equipment. To visit Syracuse, there is nothing like a boat tour around Ortiga. Don't be fooled by the tourist traps that charge you 40 euros per person for 2 hours with a "captain". No, in Italy, you don't need a license. For the same price you can sail alone. If you are hesitant, don't hesitate any longer. This boat owner is one of the best you can find. First of all, when we arrived on the boat, we noticed a cooler with a bottle of Prosecco offered, then we saw snorkeling equipment available. In addition, we returned 2 hours early because of a storm, and in a kind gesture, he offered us gasoline. In short, we recommend 1000%!!!! Thanks again

We had a great time on this boat, it is very comfortable and quite handy and easy to understand when you don't have a boat license. He also provides you with ice and prosecco for a toast, I recommend going with everything you need for a picnic, the boat has the requirements to do so. A beautiful experience to repeat! PS ask for the address of his brother's oyster shop at the Ortigia market, another memorable experience.
