Paid too much money for fuel and the boat wasn't really in a good condition but we still had fun

Good evening I was disappointed and very angry. I booked and paid for a dinghy at €327.00 for 1 day. The reason for my choice for this dinghy over another was because in your descriptions there was a shower... however, to my great surprise and disappointment, at the time of collection I was informed that there was no shower on the chosen dinghy. I booked and paid for something that I didn't actually have. Furthermore, the lady from the agency was very grumpy and not at all cooperative. He didn't give me any discount, saying that the error was your site's and not his. Hello, Unfortunately it didn't go as we imagined. The boat wasn't the one we booked according to your description. It wasn't from 2024 but much older. The fuel gauge or the tachometer were barely visible because the glass was completely broken. So definitely not the boat as described. It was also dirty when we got on board. The seats were full of leftover drinks and there was rubbish lying around. But what really bothered us was that it was just very old and didn't have an on-board shower or anything like that. It was described completely differently. We tried to complain about this or rent another boat but unfortunately this wasn't possible. The money for this boat was simply not worth it.
