Extremely upset that we booked the boat on the understanding there would be a donut to be pulled along for the children also a Matt. Upon arrival we were told the donut wasn’t available and was also told they couldn’t pull it anyway because there was too many on the boat. The boat was booked as a special day out for our granddaughters birthday who was so looking forward to riding the donut. I felt totally let down and disappointed for the children. Pedro was lovely but big commutation problems We we saw him last week,he said the skipper would be someone whose english was better. This didn’t happen If the donut and the Matt wasn’t available this should of be notified to me prior to our arrival when we would of cancelled and booked with someone that could surely what we wanted Eight hours bobbing about with 1 paddle board and a pathetic donut that couldn’t be pulled. Was not our idea of fun, so much so we came back to port 2 hours early because of the lack of activities Once again nothing against Pedro
