We had a beautiful afternoon, all went well, thanks to the reactive owner. I had called only one day before, but we were able to get it done!

The boat was excellent—clean, sp fresh water for showers. Tommy was very friendly and gave us a clear and helpful introduction. Communication was reliable and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for a great day on the water

We had a great time , however when we arrived we were told that the port had changed , we were then taken to sign a “contract” which we had entered into already via click and boat (terms and conditions) . The contract took 30 minutes to complete , with a deposit of 400 ( we were never told about this ) - additionally had to pay for fuel and insurance which was not made clear to us . A great experience , but handled poorly .

Everything was very good regarding the boat and engine, as evidenced by the "5-star" ratings. Some criticisms that I hope are constructive in order to improve the service: 1. I arrived perfectly on time (9:00), but the boat was delivered 30 minutes late, due to another customer and the time it took to fill up the tank. That's not a big deal, except that instead of making up the time for delivery, I had to return the boat at 12:45, 45 minutes earlier than I was entitled to (4 hours of rental). 2. Add to this the cost, which was almost double what I had spent a few days earlier in Sardinia, and the same goes for fuel consumption. It's unclear why Liguria insists on charging such prices (even for sun loungers and umbrellas)... Given what you've described, it would have been "elegant" to offer a one-hour bonus to be used whenever possible.
We had a wonderful experience with Mauro's boat. We would definitely rent it again.
