We are regular boat hirers through Click&Boat and have never had a problem. Today we rented a half rigid of about 8m. Although a bit old and moderately equipped, the boat allowed us to spend a good day along the Gargano coast. On our last swim, what was our surprise, when my wife and my daughter told me that they were having trouble getting back to the boat. Indeed it was slipping, I went to check the ink: only the end remained in the water, the metal part of the assembly had disappeared without any trace of tearing and had visibly remained in the water background. I went back on the gas and we came home very surprised by this misadventure. We deduced that the shackle that hooked the metal part at the end must have opened. When we arrived at the port, we were even more surprised when the rental company asked us to pay for the anchor. When we refused, the rental company threatened to call the police. Then went away angry. We are sorry that this rental did not end well.
Dinghy in almost perfect condition, excellent cleaning on board and cleaning of the lockers. The engine responded perfectly despite the sea being a bit challenging. Cordiality and kindness on the part of the staff who coordinated and provided support in the docking phases. Exceptional experience definitely to be repeated!
