The houseboat "Xanti," with approximately 30 m² of heated living space, offers you a relaxing and personalized vacation. The rooftop terrace, also approximately 30 m², invites you to sunbathe, unwind, or simply daydream. The minimum rental period is one week with arrival and departure on Saturdays. The prices quoted are for the mobile home package (requirement: boat license!). For stays exclusively in the home port, special, discounted rates apply (port package). The minimum age for potential renters is 25 years. Proof of payment of the specified security deposit must be provided upon taking possession of the boat. For safety reasons, pets are not allowed.

It would be very helpful if the owners also knew the exact height of their boat. There are many bridges that are only 4 meters high, and that's a real squeeze. :-/ Otherwise, everything was perfect! (You'll quickly find out that the boat consumes an incredible amount of fuel and is also very difficult to steer ;-) )

We had wonderful days on the Xanti and sailed along the Havel to Ellenbogensee. The boat's equipment is excellent and makes the stay an experience. We can highly recommend the boat and would love to come back.
Our conclusion for this trip is that everything was as described, the handover of the houseboat was carried out personally by the owners, a very, very nice couple. There was nothing missing on the houseboat, everything was in top condition! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the location, the view of the lake. By the way, if you are an angler you will get your money's worth here. The marina itself is very well maintained, excellent sanitary facilities and right next door a Greek restaurant is also highly recommended, at the old town harbor, near the lock, a great Italian restaurant and not far away a beer garden, you must try the egg omelettes there, really delicious. Shopping opportunities within a small radius, everything available. All in all, my wife and I had a great rest and would repeat this vacation immediately.
The Xanti is a great and well-equipped boat with very nice owners. We were three adults and had plenty of space. Comfort is a top priority on the Xanti. So we really didn't lack for anything. The owners and Regina were always available to us both before we arrived and shortly before we left. The Xanti's home port is the Marina Zehdenick on the Prerauer Stich. This is newly built and very well maintained. The sanitary facilities are almost hotel standard. We had a great time on the Havel and will definitely come back to the region!

It was a great weekend, very relaxing, everything was fine. The owner is very friendly and gave us a great introduction. Gladly again at any time. The marina was also very well maintained and clean.
