The introduction was very brief. It would have been good to know in advance that it might get wet during heavy rain, so that you don't have to worry when it actually does. The hydraulic system for the front anchor didn't work reliably. This should have been checked during maintenance. Our toilet pump stopped working after a few days. When we returned, we learned that it needs to be refilled with cooking oil every now and then. That would have been a good reminder during the introduction.... Otherwise: Good, solid boat. Comfortable layout.
The "entry" was particularly bumpy... When booking, everything sounded so straightforward - but it wasn't at all. A lot of information was missing!
Customer friendliness and service just about acceptable.
