Jeremy and his wife rented the boat with a skipper. They were a great company, friendly and full of enthusiasm about sea. They respected the boat and they followed captain’s recommendation. It was my pleasure to meet them and I will be happy to rent them a boat again.
A fantastic day out. The boat was clean and Michalis gave us a thorough debrief with suggestions of what to see and where to stop for lunch. Would highly recommend for a leisurely day on the water!
I had the pleasure of renting my boat to Mr. Mark and his family. They checked in on time, communicated effectively, and followed all safety guidelines. It was evident that Mr. Mark had good boating knowledge and handled the boat with confidence. They returned the boat in excellent condition, and I would gladly welcome them back for future rentals. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Mark as an exceptional renter. It was a pleasure to meet them and have them onboard.
The worst customer I have ever met! Difficulty in communicating, was not consistent, over-confident and not willing to listen to the instructions given during the familiarisation of the boat. Before the rental, he asked to rent a boat for 6 people but when I told him he couldn't because the maximum capacity of the boat is 5, he answered that they would finally be 2. On the day of the rental, he came to take the boat alone and when I asked him if the second person come as well he said that he might pick him up later from a beach. When I asked him where would he pick him up because it's dangerous and might be not permitted to approach this area, he avoided telling me by saying "I don't know". Finally, as soon as he took the boat by himself, he approached a not permitted area and picked up another 5 (!) persons risking themselves and my business while at the same time he could have damaged the boat or/and gotten a fine from the Coast Guard. I would avoid this person.
