Please Please do not book a boat through Click & Boat and would advise booking direct with the boat owner. On the 8th August 2025 i booked a boat online with Click & Boat from Agios Nikolaos Zante from 2.00pm to 6.00pm only to find out on the day that the boat was in Agios Nikolaos Crete. At no point on my booking reference did it say Crete and in the search box on the website i put in Zante. They have refused to give me a refund and very aggressively said it was my fault and was not getting a refund. I have the booking email and at no point does it say the boat was in Crete but cant attach it to this review. I'm back in the UK now and this is far from over and I'm seeking legal advise and have sent an email to the Greek police for advise from them. Speak soon Click & Boat. Dean
Communication by owner and introduction to boat was excellent. Boat was well maintained and ideal for a half day trip along the coast.
George is a great contact and super helpful through the entire process. The boat was in great condition and we had a fantastic day on water. George equipped me with an additional app which was very helpfull navigating around showing dangerous areas but also perfect spots for a stop and a snorkelling tour. We had a great day and can recommend the boat and George as renter.

George is charm personified; courteous, funny and knowledgeable, he clearly has a passion for the sea and his business. The equipment was in excellent condition, the briefing and handover very efficient and the suggestions of routes valuable. I rate him and his business highly and would rent from him again.
everything is impeccable, very helpful and welcoming staff, even provided bait and drinks for everyone, I recommend! The only advice to give to the owners would be to provide 1 glove and pliers to release the fish, otherwise you can go with your eyes closed
