The[**#**] is a 40-foot (12-meter) Bavaria cruiser fitted out with three double cabins, two bathrooms (toilet + washbasin + shower) built in 2009 and completely refitted in 2016 for offshore and long-haul cruising : Additional batteries, Panels solar panels, sea water maker, additional tank, radar, rigid tender…. All sails are new in 2022. She can comfortably accommodate 6 people on long trips in the best safety conditions. For a coastal outing for the day (picnic at sea) the capacity is 8 people maximum (children regardless of their age count as one person). In order to receive you in the most pleasant conditions for a cruise (2 days to 2 weeks), your hosts Gilles and Marie, are limited to welcoming on board 4 people occupying the two double cabins aft and having a private bathroom. Perfect for two couples or a family with 2 (or exceptionally 3) children. We favour sharing and meeting; the boat is for us a way of life and not a rental investment, which is why our boat is only rented with its owner and skipper on board, but never as "bareboat". Gilles the (mandatory) skipper is a qualified coastal and offshore cruising instructor and can take you for a coastal cruise or a long crossing, introduce you to or improve your sailing skills or let you enjoy the trip without having to participate in the manouvers. He takes care of you SAFETY. He establishes the navigation program according to your desires, the weather and your ability and will be happy to take you to the most beautiful and secret places known to him and this at the most opportune times so that you keep an imperishable memory ... skipper cost is €200 per day, to be paid onboard. Marie, the optional host has solid experience in long-distance navigation and life on board with more than 60 months of navigation in 8 years (Transat, USA, Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean), on various monohull boats or catamarans. Marie provides an efficient, caring and smiling welcome in English, French, Danish and Italian. She takes care of your COMFORT. She will be able to advise you astutely in all areas of life on board, refueling, personal effects to bring - or not - treat injuries, organize excursions and sightseeing. Optional hostess cost is €150 per day. In Spring 2025 we shall cruise the Adriatic sea ( Italy, Croatia, Montenegro Albania and Greece. In summer 2025 we shall essentially tour the greek islands, arrival and departure from ports close to airports. Please consult us for more detailed program. We recommend that you start and end stays during the week rather than Friday or Saturday, because the ports are crowded on weekends because of professional rental companies. We invite you to send us all your questions and navigation projects via the Click&Boat messaging service, we are used to organizing "tailor-made" festive or family events on board. We are multi-vaccinated against COVID19, there are masks and gel on board. The boat is cleaned and disinfected at each crew change. Gilles, our fantastic captain and Marie our professional hostess, what can we say? Welcoming, kind and caring. The itinerary was tailored to perfection and the onboard dining and wine is highly recommended for tasty seafood and company. We stopped where we wanted, snorkels, relaxed, sailed and laughed. Very safe boat, very solid, very well equipped, led by a very experienced crew, very competent (maneuvering, navigation, knowledge of the magical places of the coast, cooking, general stewardship etc.), very friendly, both discreet and efficient , listening to us etc... These were 7 days of navigation without a single access to the port, in rather exceptional weather conditions (almost flat calm in front of Bonifacccio, one night at anchor in Lavezzi), which was not won by 'advance. Thank you to Gilles and Annemarie for allowing us this magnificent stay!!!
We spent 4 nights (2 adults and 2 children) on Gilles' boat. Very warm welcome and good communication. we had a very pleasant cruise in company in his company. Gilles knows his boat well and the places in which he sails. Combining our desires and the weather constraints, Gilles took us to fantastic places in complete safety. we recommend !
Gilles is a reliable and reassuring sailor, who knows the navigation and the region perfectly, we did a lot of things even if we would have liked to participate more in the navigation and the maneuvers. The boat is maintained and efficient, more designed for sailing than for idleness, basic comfort.

We had a wonderful stay aboard Gilles' sailboat. He was very attentive to our wishes, always very calm and efficient, passing on a lot of his knowledge as a seasoned sailor, and he knows so much about Corsica! Magnificent anchorages, evenings at sunset, relaxing swims and very pleasant life on board. Thank you for these good times spent together.

We had a great week with Gilles on his Acqua Marina sailboat. Gilles is an outstanding sailor, concerned about the safety and the quality of the stay offered to these guests. Beautiful destination to the south to the Madelena Islands in Sardinia. Superb and gourmet anchorages. Unforgettable sunsets set to the minute (memorable memory) magnificent sunrises like in Rondinara. Thank you for this discovery session where our children and ourselves will keep this week as a great experience. In a nutshell: for the busiest week of the year, Gilles made us live a dream week in very few places, in constantly controlled security conditions. Safety: Gilles is an extremely qualified and experienced captain, who will be able to reassure you whatever the situation that arises. Boat: with good sailing qualities, his boat is perfectly maintained and well arranged. for 4 passengers, it's perfect. Do not forget that the resources on board a sailboat are to be saved! But there are so many things to learn, it also becomes a lesson for everyday life. Life on board: as on any boat, a certain rigor is mandatory. But once you have assimilated the few basic rules, Gilles bends over backwards to meet your desires (as far as security allows!). If you want to rest, no problem. If you want to learn about sailing, participate in maneuvers, Gilles is also a qualified trainer and teacher. Knowledge of the places and the environment: of Corsican origin, having frequented these coasts for 50 years, he will bring you to anchor in dream coves, where few sailboats of this size venture. We spent a delightful and unforgettable week as a family of 4 aboard Gilles' AcquaMarina sailing boat exploring the south of Corsica. Gilles is a talented captain with extensive sailing experience. He concocted a perfect program for us, choosing bearing crossings, magnificent coves and beaches for swimming, and sheltered coves for the night. Very precise also for our return and aperitif times! The sailboat is very well equipped. The rear berths are comfortable - we sleep very well there. Just perfect. Thanks Gilles!
