Very good and friendly service. Communication was limited in English or Spanish. However, we communicated via WhatsApp without any problems. We had a lovely day and would book again. The boat is a bit small, but we knew that beforehand. Overall, we were very satisfied. Fuel was included, so it was a very good price-performance ratio.

OUR FIRST BOAT EXPERIENCE AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! JESUS WAS LOVELY. HE MADE EVERYTHING VERY EASY AND VERY ENJOYABLE. HE EXPLAINED WHERE WE COULD GO, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AREAS, ETC. THE BOAT WAS VERY EASY TO HANDLE, AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. AND THE AREA WAS BEAUTIFUL FOR SAILING, SWIMMING, AND SNORKELING. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!

We had a great time as a family with an exceptional and comfortable boat. A very professional and friendly team, I recommend.

Bad experience, not recommended. We deposited the €300 deposit, the key to the boat broke 2 hours later, we were adrift. 2 hours later we arrived at the port, everything seemed to be going well, we left and in the afternoon, without warning or an invoice or anything, they deducted €60 from us because according to Mr. Jesus (he is not in this delegation) we had deliberately broken the key. We have not been given any invoice. We have filed a complaint with the Civil Guard and the Consumer Association as well as the AEAT for the lack of an invoice. On the other hand, they do not have a first aid kit. I had an injury on the stairs and they did nothing. They need security. Not recommended. I will soon send a letter to Click&Boat so that they are aware of the facts.

The guy was very polite and friendly, and he was good at picking up the boat. We had a nice time, but not as much as we would have liked, since the awning had a broken piece and halfway through the trip we had a good scare because it came loose. The wind was blowing, so my partner had to hold on to it so as not to cause further damage. Except for this, everything else was fine. Thank you very much.

Very warm welcome and just 3 or 4 basic things to know to sail serenely. The boat is very easy to use. We made the round trip to Calpe beach where we swam offshore in warm turquoise waters. A treat. To do again Warning: do not forget your identity cards or passport to be able to embark.

A good experience to spend with your partner or friends. Very kind Jesus, he receives you at the port wherever you are and when you want to return he is there too (we had the whole day, 8 hours, so we returned a little early). We have also had an incident and without problems, everything is discussed and without bad faces. A real pleasure, we will repeat!!

When we arrived at the port, it took us a while to find the dock, since there was nothing indicated and the boy was waiting for us on the dock itself. When we arrived, he made us the rental contract and explained to us the areas where we could sail and drop anchor, along with the coves we could visit. Then we went to the boat and there he explained to us how it works. The experience of the whole day has been great and the boat was new, clean and was going very well, we will definitely repeat it again. The boy was very nice and friendly and at the end of the journey he was waiting for us at the port to say goodbye. Many thanks for everything.

Jesus was very friendly and tried to explain as best he could. We only had miscommunication afterwards. I can't speak Spanish and Jesus can't speak English. I didn't quite understand how far you were allowed to sail. The map gave a green circle, but apparently that was not where you were and were not allowed to sail. I sailed outside the area unintentionally and they charged me 30 euros for this, in terms of petrol costs, because I would not have made it otherwise. I think this is nonsense, because otherwise I would have used the petrol for something else + the petrol is included, so even if the tank was empty, nothing would have happened + the tank was far from empty (22 liters can be used). Again Jesus I don't blame you. When we left he had indicated that I would just get the deposit back neatly and then via the app I would get it later by not getting it is just not neat. I don't quite understand how hard you can do it for 30 euros.
