Everything is fine

We rented the boat for a whole morning and couldn't be happier. The service was wonderful. They explained everything from the start so you had no questions and knew how to do everything you needed to. We were very happy and would definitely repeat the experience.

Communication went very well despite the language barrier, and the rental went well too. We received good instructions for going directly to the Calpe rock and being able to enjoy the boat. I recommend it.

My experience was terrible. I typed "Depart from the port of Denia" into the search engine and was surprised to find that when I booked, the boat was located in Poble Mascarat, Altea. Should I contact Andrés and tell him about the error in the Click en Boat search engine? He told me he couldn't cancel my reservation because otherwise he'd be penalized, and if I canceled it, I'd also be penalized, meaning I'd have to keep the boat. Since we ended up having lunch in Denia, we decided to take the boat, and anyone could make a mistake. To our surprise, when we were about to take the boat, with three minutes left to reach the port, I received a call from Andrés telling me the boat wasn't available because it was broken. His colleague, who had been receiving the boat the day before, didn't realize the problem with the boat, and with this problem, we couldn't go sailing. And instead of notifying the client the day before, they notified me just as we were about to start the reservation time. In Andrés's favor, I will say that it is true that he moved so that we could sail and go out with another boat even if it was a competitor's and the truth is that I really liked that. But it is true that my surprise was that when we got a boat I still had to end up with a difference of 38 because the aeronautical competitor's boat was a little more expensive than his and instead of paying that expense due to the inconveniences with the reservation, I had to pay it. Taking into account all the grievances of making the trip there, telling me that I couldn't cancel, then saying that I couldn't sail and so on, I think it would have been the most logical and rational thing for him to have paid the expenses of 38 euros, which are neither 100 nor 200. But anyway, that is a company policy that I am not going to go into there. What did not seem to me, did not seem to me to be the most correct thing and I do not agree.

For the price, you can't ask for more from the boat, ideal for spending a fun morning cruising along the coves in the area.

I couldn't be happier with the experience of booking with Andrés! I will definitely do it again. The boat was fantastic, we had a great time, he explained everything we needed to know, and he was super friendly. Absolutely a 10/10!

The Remus is a very comfortable little boat. Andrés informed us about everything, explained how it worked and was aware of us throughout the day. Good value for money. There were 6 of us but perhaps the ideal was for 4 or 5 people to spend the whole day. We will repeat :)
