We are a family of four with two kids under the age of 12, and we were looking for a comfortable and flexible way to tour the Amalfi coast that did not involve fighting the traffic and limited parking along the way. We were a bit concerned that Alfonso did not have any reviews yet, but after a few good message exchanges, we decided to roll the dice. We could not have been happier. The boat allowed us to ride on padded seating up front for the best views (4-5 people comfortably) or to move to back under the shade, which also comfortably sat 4-5. The small galley bath took the worry out of what to do with the kids who are not the best at predicting their bodily functions. Alfonso was very hospitable, knowledgeable, and competent at the helm. He had a cooler of drinks and adapted to our needs as the day went on. His vessel is built more for cruising and touring than speeding up and down the coast. We shopped our options a good bit before booking with him, and for the money, Alfonso and his boat are one of the best values out there.
