Overall rating
Good and easy communication with the man in charge of the boat ahead of the trip. Great skipper onboard : friendly, flexible and professional. The boat is however unfit for renting : not properly maintained, not clean, dis functioning equipment (e.g. only boiling water from the shower). Overall really not good value for money.
The trip was great! Our skipper Jefferson was super friendly and fantastic! We even had two barbecues on board.
The weather certainly wasn't on our side, but the boat didn't help. Maintenance is truly poor. It rains inside and soaks all the sofas and the bow bed. The water pump is broken, soaking the sofa under it. The spaces aren't habitable for 8+1 people (for a 3-night stay). The sheets weren't clean, and there weren't enough pillows for everyone. The fans don't work. Not all the lights work. There are only two phone sockets (USB). The positive note is skipper Jefferson!! He was fantastic both with us and in managing the boat, even during the storm we went through. Very calm and quiet, he made us feel safe. We thanked him very much.
