On August 10, by phone, we mutually agreed to cancel the boat reservation due to the weather conditions (heavy rain all day and fog preventing visibility and thus safe navigation). As a result, the owner assured me a refund of the amount I had paid and I made the mistake of trusting him, knowing nothing about the site's methods for this type of case... I had taken out insurance that covered this type of unforeseen event (proof to support it and there are 7 of us who can confirm that we never spent a single minute on board the boat). However, I still have not recovered the deposit that I paid for the rental of the boat (418 euros). Today, I see that the owner sees the messages that I sent him from the site, but does not even bother to answer me despite several reminders.

Very good welcome from the owner, the tour of the boat is quite quick. Despite the discovery of an unfelt damage, the rental company remained professional. After feedback I will take and recommend the insurance of the repurchase of deposit of Click&Boat which can, perhaps avoid a substantial bill in the event of a problem.

Friendly and professional welcome, very pleasant day with the boat but unpleasantly surprised by the fuel consumption compared to the route traveled... Ask to check the fuel tank on departure to avoid unpleasant surprises at the pump!

The Cap Camarat 7.5 turned out to be perfect for 4 adults and 4 children, Bimini big enough, lunch for 8 on the boat, ease of navigation... To be repeated quickly!!
