We had the most amazing time at sea with Lefteris! This is Greek hospitality at its finest. He even brought us fruits and home made spinach pies. Lefteris made us feel safe, was a great conversationalist and has an amazing view on life. We cant wait to go back for a longer time next time!

Inspired from a young age… Born in Athens in 1980, Lefteris grew up with a deep connection to the sea, inspired by a strong family tradition. He holds a Diploma in Production and Management Engineering from the Technical University of Crete (2004), blending technical expertise with a hands-on love for sailing. A certified skipper and boat owner, Lefteris holds multiple sailing credentials, including a Yacht Master Certificate (2012) and Offshore Sailing Instructor certification (2019). He is also a certified First Aider, trained in Basic Life Support and AED use (last updated in 2023). Since 2015, he has been teaching as an Open Sea Sailing Instructor, combining his background in engineering, academic teaching, and lifelong sailing experience into a seamless blend of passion and profession on the open sea.
