Boat rental in Athens · Beneteau — Oceanis 423 Clipper (2003)
Description of Pantelis's sailboat
Sailboat Beneteau Oceanis 423 Clipper 12.64m
This is the Beneteau Oceanis 42ft-13m sailboat she has 4 cabins, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Always is skippered rented. For day trips it can accommodate another 9 passengers, but for longer holidays 6 passengers can live in comfortably. In exceptional cases, it can accommodate extra people on the living room sofa which converts to a king-size bed. The captain has his own cabin with his own bathroom. Guests have at their disposal 2 cabins with a double bed, a berth with two single beds, and 2 bathrooms. One has an electric toilet, the other a manual one. All cabins and lounges have an air fan. For sun protection during the trip, it has bimini, and while when she is tight, two awnings offer generous protection. Two hammocks and a large deck ottoman fill the hours of relaxation. Before the start, you can ask for an S.u.p, for those who want more action and not just sailing! She has all the safety systems certified, while in general the Beneteau are considered very navigable and safe boats. A safety net for infants and toddlers can be fitted if requested. She sleeps in Mikrolimano, Piraeus, a small port with fishing boats, tourist boats, and many sailing boats. There are the most famous sailing clubs in Greece and obviously has a lively nightlife with bars, restaurants, and picturesque fish taverns. It is easily connected to the airport via metro line 1. From Mikrolimano, quickly, (in an hour and a half) we can be in coves with clear blue waters, for a first swim! If we go to the Cyclades, then we make our first dive in Sounio, under the ancient temple of Poseidon, where we will spend the night in anchor I bought the boat in 2003, I maintain it under my own supervision and I use it all year round. It has central heating in all cabins. Obviously, I go on a family vacation with her, but other times I go to races, or I go fishing with friends, because as you know: "the best boat is your friend's" We can also fish while sailing if you wish, and grill it on the BBQ (IF we catch something).

Pantelis Was wonderful. Very friend and knowledgeable about the islands. This was our first time on a sailboat and we all loved it. He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. When we got to the island her would give us recommendations on restaurants and places to see. Would 100% recommend.
Pantelis is a great Captain. The Fiscardo was the support vessel during the world record attempt longest ocean swim in the Korinthian Gulf in august 2023. His professionalism was a big factor in achieving the world record (131 km, Matthieu Bonne). Thanks again Pantelis!
Great experience
Pantelis was excellent, super nice to deal with and very discrete. We had an amazing day trip with a great boat. We stopped in lovely swimming areas and had a lovely lunch too. Highly recommended.
Pantelis was fantastic. Not only is he an experienced skipper and is very knowledgeable about Greek islands, he is also a kind-hearted man. He taught us how to find octopus (and cook them), fished for us and brought us to confidential creeks. He was very flexible regarding the itinerary and let us enjoy private space when needed. The boat has everything we needed for one week (6 adults) ευχαριστώ Pantelis!
We were a family of 5 adults who sailed around the Saronic gulf for 1 week. Pantelis is kind, communicated well beforehand, was very knowledgeable of the area and suggested a perfect itinerary. Our safety and privacy was put first, and Pantelis gave us space to enjoy our family holiday. The boat has everything you may need for a week’s holiday, and was comfortable enough for the 5 of us, however it is an older boat. Thank you for a great holiday with many memories!
Loved our stay. Pantelis was very proffesional (Amazing boat "parking" jobs in crowded marinas!) . Ease going, flexible with changes, and knowledgeable. We were 2 adults + 2 teens and boat was great.
What a fantastic 4 days we had with Pantelis on the Fiscardo! We higly recommend this boat with his lovely captain.
The time we spent with Pantelis aboard the „Fiscardo“ was great. The boat is well maintained and Pantelis did everything he could to make sure we could spend a beautiful week. We also appreciated that he was always willing to share his knowledge about the islands, greek culture and sailing. Thank you, Pantelis, and maybe see you another time :)
We've been traveling around the world for most of our lives doing countless holidays in countless places, still our week with Pantelis has been one of our best weeks ever. We were a little worried booking a week on a boat with a skipper we don't know, considering the tight space available and no room to escape, but Panti is the perfect mixture of sociable when needed while giving private space when wanted. We entered the boat as clients, but by the end we felt like Panti became part of the family. He is an extremely knowledgeable sailor who knows his boat inside out. The boat may not be the newest available, but it's extremely well taken care of and has everything one could need. He involved us in the route planing and knew everything about the Greek waters which he has been sailing for most of his life, plus he used every moment possible to sail and not just drive with the engine. Two out of the four of us were spearfishing and apnea diving and he accommodated both these needs as well as the 2 of us who came for the sailing and relaxing. We learned about local fishing techniques as much as we learned about sailing. If you want to spend your time sailing with an amazing person with a good heart and unique strong character then don't hesitate to book with Panti. Thank you Panti we are looking so much forward to the next time!
Great skipper! ... Saronic Islands over 3 days was perfect.

From a young age, on the island where he vacationed in the summers, he was involved with the sea, with his father's boat, with the boats of his friends' dads. At the age of 16, he built his first wooden 4-meter sailboat under the pattern D Skoura and began to "fall in love" with sailing. He spent two unforgettable summers with his sail and a bucket, (to empty the -many- water that this construction was putting) !! After the end of his studies and his first professional steps, he comes back to the open sea. With friends, started again sailing in 1992. He has traveled all over the Aegean, from Imvros to Symi, all over the Ionian from Marathonisi to Zakynthos, he has traveled from Marseilles to Piraeus with a 12-meter Sailboat and 9 Beaufort (which he wants to forget). Since 2003 He has had his own 13-meter sailboat and deals professionally with it in the summers. Since 2010 he has been systematically involved in skippering.
