After reserving and paying for a specific model of a specific size and year (fountain pajot 51 2023) on the same day of arrival in BVI Tortola, they inform us that they have changed the boat and give us another model, of another size and another year ( Bali, 49). Complete abuse and deception, taking advantage of the helplessness of reporting when we were already there, a trip of six people. They have not reimbursed the price difference in addition to the compensation, since we could have had the boat they gave us cheaper and in another port (St Thomas) which would have saved us a taxi boat to Tortola. Unfortunately, something like this had never happened to us. No one from the company has contacted us to offer us an explanation or compensation. I do not recommend anyone renting with them, since there is no guarantee that they will actually deliver the boat you have paid for.
