Lorenzo was very helpful throughout the booking process, meeting us on arrival, being there on standby and receiving us back in port. The boat was clean and aspects relating to the boat explained clearly. Lorenzo speaks very good English. Only issue we had was with the automatic anchor that stopped working meaning we had to pull it up manually which wasn’t so easy.
