Access to getting on the boat was a bit precarious

Positive :Really nice, helpful guy, instructions were so clear!. Easy way to maneuver the boat, perfect for novices. 2New snorkel sets . Pretty coves, we love Mallorca! Negative : Boat didn't have life vests (however we're swimmers and didn't need them) - I would have thought these were a standard - I realised after we went on. We didn't manage to anchor - chain was too short and kept dragging. Met other little boats and said same - maybe because we weren't experienced. Husband cut his hand on the anchor and no first aid kid - ok, small boat again... I'd get a boat with a skipper next time!

Had a great day out on the boat. A bit wavy out at sea, but nice and calm in the coves. Would highly recommend.

Great service provided from Jorge! Total freedom with the boat which was fantastic. Only complaint is the payment for fuel which we did not use the whole amount. Felt unnecessary to pay for fuel not used. Other than that absolutely fabulous experience!

We have minor issue with boat and they assisted us right away. Unfortunately we had to end the experience earlier due to sea sickness, the team were fine with that very considerate about it. We received a WhatsApp message exactly the day before, asking us to enter all our details again. A video was sent to us showing us parking options, even though we didn't need it because we were walking. Someone arrived relatively quickly to welcome us and explain everything to us. Overall, it was very nice. The boat we chose was easy to handle. Everything worked well. The equipment was complete. The staff were very friendly, and the €200 deposit was refunded immediately after the trip. We got free hours because another appointment was canceled, and we didn't have to pay anything extra. So, all in all, a 10/10. I would definitely book again, either through the app or through the provider. ?

Everything went great with these guys. The welcome was top-notch (parking was trouble-free, even though we went in the middle of August). The boat, except for the speed and fuel gauges that didn't work, was a 10/10. Definitely a repeat visit.

The service was unbeatable from the guys who served us. It's a shame we couldn't enjoy it as much as we had hoped because of the rough waves. The boat was very difficult to handle, with water coming in at every jump. It's my first time sailing alone, so I don't know if it was logical to let us go sailing in that state. We only used it for half a day.

One word: FANTASTIC!!!! I highly recommend this to everyone. Woke up to a thunderstorm this morning, immediately stressed, "Here goes your boat trip," you thought. He immediately reassured us and arranged everything perfectly. Instead of a 10 a.m. start, we were allowed to leave at 11 a.m. and even kept the boat until 7:30 p.m. Communication, service, everything was perfectly arranged. What an experience in these beautiful bays...

The boat we chose was exactly as described. Unfortunately, it broke after half a day and was no longer maneuverable. However, they reacted immediately and brought us a replacement boat so we could change boats and spend the rest of the day in the beautiful bays.

Everything was perfect, it was a lovely day! Everything was very straightforward! A few small things on the boat could be repaired. Access is a bit difficult as there is no direct access to Jorge's Pier.

It was an adventure. In our opinion, the boat is not suitable for sailing on rough seas. We have also seen the consequences of this: all the gear soaking wet and almost completely missing once. After 3 hours we decided to end the boat trip but did not get any understanding from Jorge. We have tried to contact them again for a possible reduction of the price but have not received an answer to this yet. Very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend the boat.

Overall OK, super nice guy and totally relaxed. Picking up and returning the boat was also absolutely stress-free. Unfortunately, you feel extremely unsafe with the boat because the check engine light was constantly flashing and the fuel gauge wasn't working.

Good value for money. Good indication of where to park and efficient reception. Communication could be improved. The reservation did not say that the deposit was in cash, which made me incur unnecessary cash withdrawal costs when I could have resolved it in another way if I had known in advance. I also made the reservation for 10:00 am and the day before I received a notification that it was from 10:30 without giving any explanation. Lastly, I was not notified that the boat's indicators were not working, so I had an uncomfortable moment thinking that I had run out of gas. These are small things that could greatly improve the customer experience.

Highly recommended!!! Communication with Jorge was very good. Needless to say, the location of the boat is great, since if you have all day you can go to Cala Llombars, Cala des Moro. We in particular only had half a day because I had no more availability. We went to Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Mitjana, everything was beautiful!! Thank you?

Totally recommendable service. Excellent and very friendly staff, providing information at all times. Punctual. The pier is at the end of Cala d'Or (leaving the cove on the left side). The location is well thought out as you are practically outside the cove, and you do not have to dodge the traffic of the huge boats that come and go continuously. They gave us all the necessary instructions for handling the boat. Perfect. Refrigerator included. We were two adults and two children and there is plenty of space. The boat is very correct/stable and has enough engine to move it, although we did get some choppy weather and wind, and it would be safer with a little more power (that already depends on other permits). I would improve the anchoring with a couple more meters of chain on the anchor so that it does not drag so much, although on many occasions you cannot let out much rope, because at midday you end up meters away from other boats in the coves. Fantastic experience, children delighted and we will repeat. Thank you!

Great boat for 4 people. Boat conforms to the description. We had no problem apart from communication because they did not speak French but that is only a detail because we still managed to make ourselves understood. I recommend it without hesitation.

On Jorge's part, everything was perfect. Always good contact the days before when we need it. A friend had seasickness and we told Jorge that we wanted to leave the boat earlier if possible, which he said would be possible in 10 minutes if we needed it, perfect deal.

Unfortunately there is hardly any water and safe storage space on the boat.

Unfortunately we were not shown where the life jackets are.

We had a super nice day. The 8 hours are definitely worth it. Weather was great, unfortunately only very windy. In the bays it was quiet and fantastic to jump into the water. The only negative point is that you had to pay additional fuel costs of 50€ for the day. With a daily price of 250€ for the boat, that doesn't fit into the frame at all. Especially since not even 1/4 of the tank was used. Here the motto, you pay as much as you do, would be more appropriate.

Me and my girlfriend had a boat from Jorge today, it was great and everything was uncomplicated, great guys.. I can only recommend it, we will book with you again next year. Thank you for everything ??

The boat is good, the explanations etc. Good. The only thing that I thought could be improved is that they charge 50 euros without having consumed almost nothing. The 15HP engine never consumes that in a few hours, not even close.
