We had the best day exploring the beaches around Cala Gonone. Renting a boat with Marco was super easy! Roberto in the office was also really helpful! Definitely recommend
Hi, Unfortunately we did not have the best of the experiences with this company and can not recommend at all. I am a tourism professional and customer service trainer and the service we receives was worst than awful. Upon arrival the staff was incredibly rude and would not listen tu us at all yelled at us and did not care about our conditions. We moved along with them and decided we wouldn’t let that treatment ruin our day. Upon return the rude guy knew that he was rude and asked how was everything? All good and I simply said the day was good but our reception could have been better, you could have listened tu me and treated us better but that was all to have him go crazy again, he says that I left my thing on his desk, (yes when he was briefing us) and that I took pictures of the shop, ( yes once again the day before just to ensure I went to the right place) but the staff was so defensive and rude that he just wouldn’t let me speak, when I said ok can you now listen to me ? He said do you think you are a god? I told him that he was being rude again and he said that since I had taken pictures the day before, if I did it again he would do something about it. He also went on to say you are older than me and that’s why I won’t hit you but if you film or say something to me J will hit you. At this point I said are you threatening me? Please do it again so that I can fim it and pulled my camera out for the very first time. The shop owner Called him inn and simply ignored everything and left me out to leave which is what I did and as I walked away the same rude guy came onto the street and started mocking me. All this happened in front of my with and two kids so you can imagine it was one of the worst days on what’s supposed to be a fun day on a holiday. We have another booking for the day after tomorrow and I would like to cancel as we do not appreciate to pay an expensive day to be treated this way. I wish there was a phone number to contact you to explain in more detail what happened but most certainly we will not be using this services ever again. It has ruined what was supposed to be a good day

Excellent communication and welcome at the port. The boat was in very poor condition. It was clearly very well used. Nevertheless, we were able to get around perfectly.
Hello Marco Unfortunately I have to give it a bad rating. 1. We were only told when we were in the boat that we were not allowed to go to the beach, even though I had explicitly mentioned this in the notes. 2. We were told that we would get a boat that would be dirty because we had a dog with us - really awful! 3. You didn't tell me about the additional costs for petrol. 4. I wonder why we were led into the sea despite the strong wind. Just a terrible experience for us. I will definitely not recommend you to anyone else!

Exceptional experience and activity with breathtaking views of the gulf. However, a cold and aggressive welcome that does not inspire confidence. Fortunately, this was made up for by the clear and pleasant explanations on the boat.

Marco gave us all the important information. I was very happy that he speaks German. Everything went well, I can only recommend it.
It is definitely worth renting a boat and sailing around the Gulf of Orosei. Booking was very straightforward and so was picking us up on site, although I have to say that Roberto is a special guy :) but it is of course great that he can explain everything to you in German too. It was a bit annoying that we were advised to go to the petrol station earlier because otherwise you would have to wait so long. So we did that. But when we went to the office to get our ID, we had to wait 30 minutes for Roberto (it was after 4 p.m., so it was actually no longer a siesta), which wasn't so cool in the heat, but otherwise everything was tip-top.
Unfortunately we got an older boat. Technically perfect, but the cushions and pads were very worn. The service and communication was excellent though!
Everything was great, everything was well explained. I consider that it is somewhat expensive to have to pay for gasoline and that it is not included in the price, around €25-30 more than an already expensive rental. You have a great day.
A really great experience seeing the beaches, mountains, caves and everything the Gulf has to offer by boat. The young man even spoke German, so the explanation we received before the trip was very easy to understand. Super friendly team, 1+ with a star, I would recommend it to everyone and book it again at any time. Thank you!

The best thing about visiting the island without a doubt
Incredibly good experience, friendly welcome and instructions in German. With 40 hp you can quickly reach the cape and drive the entire Gulf of Orosei from beach to beach.
Unfortunately, due to the weather, it was recommended that we not go on the tour without a skipper and join an excursion with 6 other people. We went to all the beaches in the Orosei Gulf and even visited caves and stopped to dive. Roberto and Mr.Mario (skipper) were incredible! I recommend the services

Our local contact was Roberto. He was very nice and gave us competent tips and tips on how to use the boat. He speaks fluent German, English and Italian. From the instructions to handing over the boat, everything was uncomplicated and smooth. An absolute recommendation!

I made a reservation for another boat in Menorca and they canceled the day due to weather conditions and they did not want to refund my money. Try to never use Click&Boat and book directly with the boat owners. They are scammers

It doesn't get any better. Absolute recommendation if you want to explore the Gulf of Orosei on your own. extremely nice & helpful team that tries everything to make a nice day. Boat bags and coolers can be borrowed free of charge. The only thing missing was an awning, since the sun is of course very strong. But as soon as you stand, you can alternatively use a parasol! In summary, highly recommended
