Not pleased. Due to weather we had to push our rental back from a Friday to Sunday and the broker sent a substitute boat without letting me know. The substitute boat was 55’ long not 60’ and was much older in appearance. The boat was in major need of a remodel and was not up to our standards. I would not have spent the same money for the boat I received. The captain and deck crew were great, however the communication from C2B was lacking! I should have been made aware of the change and offered an opportunity to review and approve the substitute vessel. I would have paid more for a nicer boat but was not given that option. I certainly would not have paid to rent this particular older vessel in this condition.
