ID confiscated. When picking up the boat, you have to leave your ID. The ID was refused upon return because we were supposed to pay for the anchor, which wasn't properly secured. We arrived at the agreed location and couldn't find the location where the boat was supposed to be picked up. We were sent to the other side of the harbor, only to discover that the employee who had sent us there was the right person to talk to. And we had two children with us. The whole back and forth was very unpleasant. When we finally got the boat, we docked in the first bay. There, the anchor came loose from the rope and couldn't be found. As a result, we were unfortunately unable to dock or go on any more snorkeling trips. When we returned the boat, we were supposed to pay for the anchor. We refused because it wasn't our fault. As renters, we need to be sure that the boat is in good condition and that we can use the anchor without worrying about it coming off. The employees said we wouldn't get our ID back until we paid. Only when we threatened to call the police was my ID card returned. It was all very unpleasant.
