A great day out! The skipper was there early. We were able to enjoy Gramvoussa and Balos before it got too crowded (we were even alone in the fortress!). Then we went to a secluded cove to bathe again, eat and drink. We even got to see some goats! Perfect day, perfect service, thank you very much!

Excellent organisation. Our Captain, Mr Haris, was very friendly and adapted the cruise to our likes. Greatly recommended.

Reserved a private tour for the wife and myself and Giorgios was great. I would give 6/5 if possible, a very relaxed but competent captain that moved us when we wanted and knew how to avoid the big tourist crowds. Plenty to drink and even a sandwich snack, everything was smooth and the tour was a great day out. Highly recommended!

What a great day! Giorgos was a lovely host who provided lots of food and drink. He took us to great spots ahead of the crowds and left us to it to explore when we wanted but accompanied us if we preferred. Great value for money and recommend doing the 9am-2pm booking to get ahead of the crowds and enjoy beautiful scenery with no one else around!

We had a wonderful 5 hours with Giorgos. Starting at 9 o'clock, we beat the crowds to the truly spectacular Gramvousa Fortress, and then headed over to Balos beach. Sighted a turtle, stopped a few deserted coves for snorkeling and out lunch, some very good filled rolls with a beer or a soft drink. Giorgos was veey personable and friendly. I would highly recommend this trip.

We had a great day on the boat and Harris was very welcoming and friendly throughout the trip. He gave great advise on places to see and took us to a quieter spot to enjoy when we didn't like the business of one place. We really enjoyed our day and Harris made us feel very comfortable and we shared some great conversation. Thank you again we would recommend to others

The tour to Balos Lagoon and a few other coves was awesome! My friend and I only had 3.5 hours for this tour due to another excursion that day. Giorgos was so accommodating with our schedule, very responsive, so gracious and fun. It was just 2 of us on this tour. I would highly recommend this tour.

This boat experience was by far one of the best things I’ve done in Crete. The captain was extremely accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure that our group had flexibility in where we wanted to go and found us the best spots to swim and hang out. We specifically used the boat to see Gramvousa and Balos and I highly recommend this tour to do so. It’s the best value for money and the captain knows where to take you. He even prepared us drinks, sandwiches and helped us take the best pictures. All in all - highly recommend!!

George was amazing and took us to the most beautiful beaches before the crowds showed up. Our party of 6 sat comfortably on his boat. He even took us to other hidden areas where we could swim and snorkel. If your looking for a boat rental, this is it. Super quick communication was also a plus.

George was a wonderful host and took us to some great spots. I would highly recommend booking George. He also left you to it and went for swims which meant the guests could all lay out on the front of the boat to their hearts content

Fantastic experience, we enjoyed a lot trip with IRIS boat and captain Giorgos. It was fun, well organized and planed. Private boat trip to Balos and Gramvousa island was a highlight of our vocation in Crete.

George was the most friendly skipper we have ever experienced! He took us to the most amazing secluded spots as well as the popular hotspots. The boat is very well equipped with an area inside to store personally belongings, an ice box to put drinks to keep them cold and even a shower at the back to rinse off after swimming in the very salty sea. I would highly recommend a day out on this amazing boat!!

It was a great day, skipper Gregory was very friendly, the sea was rough, so it was a bit choppy, but he reassured us. And the best thing about this type of small boat is that we were able to land as close as possible to the beaches, compared to the big boats that have to stay far away.

A wonderful experience! Recommended for seeing Balos, but also takes you to Gramvousa (first stop) and for a swim in the stunning sea (last stop). Sandwiches and beer/water are included in the price! Michalis, the skipper, is friendly and professional!

It was a great trip with our skipper. We would have liked to have spent more time on the boat to explore one or two deserted bays. What we saw in those hours was simply amazing. Our skipper Harris was super nice and the whole family (2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 6) had fun. On the way back, a hat unfortunately blew out of the boat but even this loss did not detract from the experience. Thank you for everything. Next time we will definitely book it again with a new destination.

We looked for a long time at the different possibilities for an excursion to Gramvousa and Balos but none seemed satisfactory. We chose to go through Click&Boat for the first time and the experience was amazing. Our skipper was extremely kind and very attentive. He informed us extremely well about the landscapes, the Ridge culture, the places to visit, where to eat... We are French and he spoke English very intelligibly, which was really appreciated. Beyond the magnificent landscapes that we saw, this moment of exchange delighted us all. For us it was an unforgettable experience: climbing to the top of the Gramvousa fortress and admiring the 360-degree view, swimming in the Balos lagoon, stopping next to a small beach far from the crowds... If you are hesitant to book, do so, you will not be disappointed!!!

Had a great experience! Was very cool to see all the beaches and swim in the most clear water ever. As far as we are concerned, the skipper could communicate a little more. His English wasn't perfect, which isn't a bad thing. It was unclear to us where we were going and how long we were staying somewhere. But when we asked him if we could leave (because we stayed somewhere too long for us) he showed us even more beautiful places. Our experience has not gotten any worse, there should always be room for improvement of course:) There is plenty to drink on board which is very nice. The boat is very nice and can go very fast, you are quickly back to the next place. Experience you will never forget!
