Everything was perfect and went exactly as planned. We discovered beautiful swimming spots, especially the lagoon with the cliffs for jumping, which we really enjoyed. Communication was open and easy, and we could reach out to the team at any time. The two staff members who gave us the instructions were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience – highly recommended!
A special experience for my girlfriend and I. We were shown how to use the boat safely by Angelos, who gave us excellent instruction and kept up to date with us over text during our trip. 4 hours was enough time to visit a few spots and spend an extended time anchored at one.
An Unforgettable Day on the Water – Highly Recommend! We hired a small, unskippered motorboat in Chania for 8 hours and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. Booking was smooth and stress-free—George was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process, answering all our questions quickly and clearly. When we arrived at the harbour, we were greeted by Angelos, who was warm, friendly, and genuinely excited for us to enjoy the day safely. I have sailing experience, but my husband had never handled a boat before. Angelos took us both out for a thorough but short safety induction, making sure we were completely confident with the boat and comfortable with navigating on our own. The boat itself was spotless and far more spacious than we had expected, with plenty of room to lounge and enjoy a picnic on board. It also came equipped with a handy illustrated guide to local swim spots. While the map was initially a little tricky to interpret (adding some clear landmarks would help!), we used Savvy Navvy and Google Maps alongside it and had no trouble in the end. We stopped at every recommended swim spot during our 8-hour trip and each one was stunning. A surprise nudist beach gave us a good laugh and added a quirky twist to the adventure! The hire was very reasonably priced, especially considering the quality of the boat and the level of service we received. At the end of the day, we paid for fuel based on the route we had taken. Angelos showed us our tracked journey and the cost per mile—everything was fully transparent, with no hidden fees. Angelos was also available via WhatsApp all day in case we needed anything, which gave us peace of mind and made the whole experience feel even more relaxed. I honestly can't recommend George and Angelos enough. If you're considering a boat hire in Chania—do it. This was a highlight of our trip and this is the best experience I have had hiring a boat! Thank you both!

Fantastic day out! Great service from George and Vasilis and a great boat - couldn’t ask for anything more! We booked very last minute the day before we rented and George was very responsive. Vasilis was there waiting for us in the morning and did a great job showing us the ropes on how to use the boat and where to go in it. Would recommend!

A great boat. We received friendly assistance, and everything was clearly explained during a short boat trip. We received the entire map and made short stops at each point, with two longer stops. Roberto was very responsive and helpful! Tip: use SavvyNavvy for navigation and time estimation.
For the price, you can have fun with friends. The boat has enough storage space for drinks and you can go out very far. Everything was explained to us very precisely, how to drive the boat and what to look out for. The staff is very nice and friendly. The boat is fast enough for those who want to drive alone, i.e. without a skipper, and it is a lot of fun.
