Do NOT book this boat – Scam and Theft This was a complete scam. I paid through the app, but the owner and captain arrived late and then could not get the boat started. We waited almost two hours in the heat, sitting on the boat, while they tried and failed. They clearly did not know how to operate it. After two hours, we had no choice but to leave — not because we “decided to leave for no reason,” as they falsely claimed, but because they could not provide the service. Despite this, the owner lied and said we never even boarded the boat, which is absolutely false. I submitted videos and photos with timestamps proving we were on the boat and that it never left the dock. I also provided full proof of our conversation with the owner throughout the day. The evidence shows clearly: the boat never took off, and we never received the service. Even with all this proof, both the owner and Click & Boat refused to refund me. They kept my money, wasted my day, and ruined part of my holiday. This is theft. This is a scam. Do not book with this owner, and be warned that Click & Boat does not protect customers in situations like this. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!
