DO NOT RENT from Daniele. I believe this operation is either a scam, or that they are extremely unprofessional and take advantage of their customers. He/she told me 20 minutes before my booking time that we could not use the boat due to “weather” but then did not cancel the reservation through the platform which is actually required by Click & Boat so that the renter can receive a refund. I was fully charged for the rental and when I asked Daniele why they did not cancel the booking on their end to issue a refund, they told me to figure it out myself and then stopped responding. Not sure I’ll get my money back at all now. STAY AWAY!!

Very smooth and friendly service, also Danielle and his team is super helpful. The control meters were not operating and one of the fixes of the bimini was loose hence three star for maintenance, but the overall experience is great and definitely recommend! Wanted to re-book instantly but they were already out of vessels…

Giovanni was great. Everything was just like it said on the platform. He was welcoming and even arranged for us to be taken to and from our hotel. It was great! Great value for the price. Would 100% do it again.

No information about the boat pick-up location at the port. Message sent the day before with no response. After an hour of searching, we found it!!! There were 9 of us, the boat was for 10 people, and they didn't want all 9 of us on it. They wanted us to take two boats! After insisting, it was okay! After that, everything went smoothly; the team was very friendly.

Maintenance condition of the boat was only moderate. A lying surface was rotten and collapsed. Anchorage of the sun sail broken Explanation of the route was ok. Overall it was a nice day at sea.
