I will never book with the Soler nautical company again, I feel scammed. When I arrived from sailing, they raised the engine and told me that I had hit the engine propeller and scratched it (which is a lie, since at no time did I hit the propeller, and they cannot prove to me that it was me, since at the same time When I go sailing, no one shows me the propellers to verify that the propellers were in perfect condition and without any previous scratches) and without further ado they tell me that their boss will call me, which never happened. They kept my deposit and today, 7 days later, after demanding that they call me many times, a man contacts me who, in a cocky manner, does nothing more than disrespect me and not give me any proof that it was me who He has damaged them. They only taught me, with great arrogance, that they had been following me with a GPS location system (another thing that is illegal to do without prior consent from the client) and that I had entered the area of the island of Portixol and that that area was prohibited, something that they did not warn me about either, and there are many boats that pass through there and there is no indication in the sea that indicates such a prohibition, in fact it is marked as a passage and with mooring buoys to anchor you. They also charged me when I arrived again for the paddle surf board (which I already paid for in the App) because they told me that I had not paid for it, which on the payment invoice does show that I paid for it. I would recommend that no one rent it. with this company since they lie and scam and do everything possible to keep the deposit and ruin a family day and I think that a company like clickandboat.com would have to review which companies they work with so as not to be affected by this bad image.
