Boat rental in Elba · Italboats — Stingher 22 (2023)

The Click & Boat and Matteo partnership surely did not work well for me: a) I received inaccurate information about the pricing of the boat and ended up paying about 220 Euros more than I should (the price of the boat rented directly with Matteo was more than 100 E cheaper than through click & boat and I had to pay for a skipper which according to my booking was include din the price); b) as mentioned, the skipper was to be include din the price (clearly said in the booking) and not only it was not and I had to pay an extra 150 in cash, but the skipper was not initially available and we had to wait 1 hr for the company to get a skipper; c) when I complained about the situation at the end of the day, I was told more or less that that was my problem and I would need to deal with click & boat. Useless that I show the reservation and the condition, and that at no time there was transparency on the extra costs. Only good thing: the skipper, Stefano was GREAT. He made our day. But, not good to feel fooled and treated poorly when I am paying lots of money for a day rental! I do not recommend using click and boat and I do not recommend using services where the client is disrespected.

all good, but if you ask for a postponement of one day due to wind (day of hire 11 kts, following day: 2-3 kts), @windfinder is questioned first and then no reply is given. matteo was very friendly on the day of the rental, his staff were very helpful. The boat is in top condition!

Polski Wypożyczyliśmy łódź motorową Italboats Stingher 22 wraz ze sternikiem i to była znakomita decyzja. Sternik okazał się niezwykle przyjazny i pomocny, pokazując nam wszystkie najpiękniejsze zakątki wyspy Elba. Oprócz wspaniałych widoków, opowiadał nam również fascynujące historie i ciekawostki związane z tym miejscem. Zabral nas także do uroczego miasteczka, gdzie szczegółowo wyjaśnił, co warto zwiedzić i gdzie można skosztować najlepszej włoskiej kuchni. Łódź była szybka i wygodna, a cała wycieczka była warta każdej wydanej złotówki. Serdecznie polecamy! English We rented the Italboats Stingher 22 motorboat with a skipper, and it was an excellent decision. The skipper was incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us all the most beautiful corners of Elba Island. Besides the stunning views, he also shared fascinating stories and local trivia. He took us to a charming town where he explained in detail what to visit and where to enjoy the best Italian cuisine. The boat was fast and comfortable, and the entire trip was worth every penny. Ci ha portato in una cittadina affascinante dove ci ha spiegato nei dettagli cosa visitare e dove gustare la migliore cucina italiana. La barca era veloce e confortevole, e l'intero viaggio valeva ogni centesimo. Altamente raccomandato!
