A beautiful experience

Very bad boat, almost nothing worked. No ice on board for drinks. Far too expensive!

The boat itself was fine and well-suited for a day trip. However, with six people on board, it was difficult to get the boat to plane – two people had to sit at the front to better distribute the weight. The service unfortunately left a lot to be desired: Despite repeated requests, we had to walk ten minutes to the office with our luggage, only to be told that the boat was actually moored right in the harbor. The deposit refund was also only due back at the office – but fortunately, this was resolved on-site after a brief discussion. A tip for the rental company: Meet guests directly at the harbor and clearly inform them in advance where they need to refuel – this is not the berth, which can easily lead to misunderstandings. Despite asking several times, we had to walk ten minutes with our luggage to the office, only to find out that the boat was actually waiting at the harbor. When returning the boat, I was initially told to go back to the office for the deposit refund, but after a short discussion, it was handled on-site at the harbor. A suggestion to the rental company: welcome guests directly at the harbor and clearly inform them in advance where to refuel the boat at the end of the day – the refueling point is not the mooring spot, which can easily lead to confusion.

Everything was fine. But not all of the information was correct. The promised refrigerator was a cooler without ice cubes. There was no GPS on board. The boat wasn't completely clean. There was still trash from the previous renters.

Thanks to Aurelio and his team, great service and everyone very helpful. The boat was very easy to handle and in excellent condition.

The owner brothers are friendly and welcoming. Equally the Skipper Fernando is very experienced with a super itinerary for the day. For the old Ila and the services of the boat the quality/price ratio is unfavorable.

The boat was under repair and we were notified, in a rude manner, at the time of check-in. We waited an hour and a half, had to negotiate compensation and the check-out was very slow. We cannot say that the experience was 100% positive and that sailing around this island is very special. I would have liked a friendlier and less arrogant treatment.

Aurelio is very friendly and the boat is great for sailing around the island and spending a different day, clean and with many amenities, we recommend it!

The experience has been perfect, especially thanks to Inés, who has treated us phenomenally and has taken us to spectacular places!! Highly recommended!! To repeat!!

Perfect boat! Only two things to point out: 1- the person who prepared the boat for us didn't know it and it took him a while to understand how to connect the battery and start the engine. 2- upon return the petrol pump was closed and we had to leave the boat at the rental for refueling, to be deducted from the refund of the security deposit. Despite numerous requests, the fuel invoice was never sent to me.

Everything was great, the only thing is that since it was the first time I didn't get the information about everything, but the people who helped me were very helpful.

Many thanks to Aurélio for his availability, superb day on board. Formentera is sublime, not to be missed by sea.

Some cracks, the wonderful boat

Very nice experience. Reservation and discussions with the owner were excellent. Nickel boat. Skipper Fernando excellent. Except that a paddle board was announced as included and was not in the boat. The same goes for the wakeboard that Aurelio had indicated to us as included and I had to show my message exchanges with the rental company so that he would give it to me for free. So keep track of all messages and promises ?

Very happy with the service, Aurelio made us discover very beautiful spots where we were able to swim in turquoise waters. Comfortable and pleasant boat.

We loved the type of boat and its management. Very comfortable. The pity was the bad weather that we had to return to port at noon. we will repeat without a doubt!!!
