I propose two typical itineraries, in both cases the departure will take place from Genoa around 09.00 and the return is expected in the late afternoon First itinerary: Genoa - mooring at the buoy in San Fruttuoso or Punta Chiappa (stop for two to three hours so you have time to disembark) - return along the coast with a break for a swim. Second itinerary: Genoa - mooring at the Baia dei Saraceni - (stop for two to three hours so you have time to disembark using the canoe on board) - return along the coast with a break for a swim.
