Sara's welcome was very friendly. Unfortunately, the boat wasn't in the water yet, and we were finally able to leave around 10:30 am. The tips were excellent. First, we explored the islands and then sought out some peace and quiet on the other side for a nice swim. Upon our return, everything went very smoothly. The fuel price was €40, even though we weren't going at full throttle and were often stuck. So, we're not entirely sure how that price is calculated. Renting the boat directly from them saves you a lot of money. We had a wonderful day on the water.

Very friendly and clear man (Michel). Clear explanation and sailing advice received. Boat itself was comfortable. Speedometer did not work, also no counter of the tank content available (perhaps logical, boat more than 20 years old) Finally very good that he offered us the initiative to make videos of the status of the boat in advance, to see afterwards whether damage has been caused by the user.

Friendly people, nice boat for 3 or 4 people, nice trip. In 3.5 hours you can just do a round of ghiffa-borromean bay-monastery-caldè-ghiffa and have a swim. All day is probably a bit more relaxing.

All in all had a great day! Super friendly help and were given plenty of time to fully enjoy the lake. Mooring in a harbor and having a drink somewhere was no problem at all. A really super experience!

We are very positive about the fact that in the morning the wind was too strong and we could not go as inexperienced skippers. We kept in touch by app until the beginning of the afternoon. The handover was very courteous and detailed. Also useful tips for the trip were given on request. The boat was also absolutely top and fully met our expectations. We had a wonderful day and covered a large part of Italy's Lago Maggiore on one tank of fuel, down to Lesa and up to the Castelli di Canero. We'd love to come back.

Very warm welcome from Nicholas. Boat as advertised. We had a wonderful morning from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. We couldn't have done more as we ran out of gas and ended up on the spare canister. For the day,

Everything was well organized, pleasant communication with Michel! We could only get on the boat a little later, but that was immediately compensated with an extra half hour of sailing. Friendly reliable landlord.

Positive: uncomplicated contact, quick response, easy booking. Nice reception at the boat handover. Completely uncomplicated handling with the deposit and the documents to be presented. Clean boat in absolutely sufficient size. Up to here all good. Cons: The ad says the boat is a 2010 model. However, the nameplate on the boat shows a date from the 1990s. So something doesn't fit. There was only one petrol tank while other rental companies use 2 tanks in the same type of boat. The reserve canister was not filled up, as we had to notice later. Unfortunately, the level indicator in the tank was defective, so for a long time it suggested that there was enough petrol in the tank. Unfortunately, it was not like that. On the way back, the boat stayed in the middle of the lake but within sight of the Cantiere. Although we immediately reported the circumstance by telephone, it took a number of further telephone calls, additional location reports and pictures of the coast (so that the employee could "locate" us, and three times of consolation totaling more than 60 minutes of waiting time. However, no help came. Because it was raining and possibly "A thunderstorm was threatening, we then made ourselves known to other boaters with a horn and hand signals. A Dutch couple noticed us and filled us up with 5 liters of petrol from their own tank, so that we could drive back to the Cantiere. A wonderful day the water was unfortunately clouded over by this experience in the end. Positive again: The rental company apologized a thousand times, explained to us the extremely adverse circumstances that day and ultimately did not charge us for the fuel. Very fair gesture!! Not least because of this gesture, I would recommend the lender. When booking and taking over the boat, however, make sure that the tank is full and that there is a full reserve canister. I also recommend checking the level indicator several times while driving by unscrewing and screwing the tank cap back on, since the level indicator is connected to the tank cap.

Friendly owner speaks good english. Knows the lake well and explains everything clearly to you. They also refuel for a fair price.
