Moog is a 11 meter charming classic motor boat built in 2024 and contains a living area in the cockpit, bathroom, kitchenette, two bedrooms, an outdoor seating area with dive deck, sundeck, and roof deck. It is perfect for small groups of up to 8 people to explore the islands and reefs around Hurghada for a fantastic day at sea. The boat is crewed by a captain and helper who will also prepare a nice lunch as part of your day out at sea. Activities that can be supported on the boat include snorkeling, diving with a guide (surcharge), SUP, island hopping, banana boat and other towables, swimming with dolphins, among many other exciting activities at sea. We are located in the heart of Hurghada, with the islands of Magawish, Abu Munqar, and Giftun just a short boat ride away.

We had a fantastic day on My Moog! The booking process with Fady the owner was smooth and easy. The crew were very good at taking care of us throughout the day. The skipper stopped us at a beautiful Island and while we were snorkeling the chef prepared a delicious seafood BBQ worth every penny! The boat itself was perfect for our needs, comfortable with modern touches. Next time we are in Hurghada we'd definitely take the same boat!

Totale Katastrophe, das Boat war kaputt was sich erst auf dem Meer rausgestellt hat .Komplette Ruine . Ich hatte Todes Angst mit meine Tochter. Nur durch den Skipper und Guide , alle beide erste Klasse Leute , haben wir das überlebt und noch etwas spass haben können. Das Boat hat in das schöne Meer Öl verloren , am Ende ist er auf dem Meer komplett versagt und wir müssten von anderen booten mitgenommen werden und zurück geholt werden . ich hatte Todesangst und werde bei diese Firma nie wieder was buchen . Die müssten mir das komplette geld als Entschädigung zurück schicken . Frechheit einfach Frechheit sowas zu vermieten . Um mir den Urlaub durch diese Vorfall komplett nicht zu versauen , habe mir noch zusätzlich Speedboot vorort gebucht und das war toll und viel seriöser . Das werde ich auch von jetzt an immer so machen , um nicht reinzufallen Answer of the owner verified by 3b9566d34ed835099ff53ec6a44f4334: "Unfortunately Renata was not an easy nor communicative client to deal with. Upon her trips return, I sent her a message on 16th August to ask how her trip went and if everything was ok- I got no answer. 20th August I sent a follow up question, and on 23rd August also another follow up- nothing. On 27th August I get an aggressive message from her that she had a terrible time and the boat was "broken"- i responded within 10 minutes and told her I am sorry she had a bad time, i will investigate what went on and get back to her. I asked my staff on ground what the client's grievance was about, they said they met her upon her return and she did not provide them with any negative feedback and said "all was ok". I asked the skipper and guide about the trip and what went on- they told me they had a temporary issue with the reverse gear of the engine on their way back just outside the marina and called our company zodiac to help them moore the boat at the end of the trip- other than that there were no issues at all and everything was smooth and the clients had fun on the islands. The slight mechanical issue was later resolved that night. Why the client did not provide this feedback on the spot, or respond to the numerous questions about how her trip went for 11 days, and once she responded and got a response 10 minutes later, she decided to go ahead and leave that review without a chance to investigate and get back to her is beyond my understanding. It was later clear the motive when I got a message from the client saying she will remove her review if she gets a full refund for the trip. Even though we do not adhere to blackmail by exaggerated, negative, or false reviews in return for a refund, we generally do not mind partially compensating our clients in case their experience was not up to their expectation due to fault on our side. Mechanical issues could happen, it is the way our crew deal with them, the backup measures we have in place (such as our company zodiac on standby) and how we deal with it is what matters to us as a company. Given all this, at the end we still apologize to the client for not having the experience she expected overall."
