We had rented the boat for a whole day, from 11:00 to 19:00. Shortly after making the booking, we were asked if we wanted to start at 13:00. On the way to the harbour, we were called again with the request to move the start time to 13:30. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the harbour, my girlfriend became unwell due to the extreme heat. Alexander, the person who explained the boat and arranged the deposit on behalf of the owner, indicated that based on his 30 years of experience, he strongly advised against going out on the water in this condition. We greatly appreciate his concern and good advice. Thank you, Alexander. He informed us that it was his decision not to let us sail in this situation, and that he would discuss this with the owner, so that we could move the booking or get our money back. Unfortunately, the owner turned out to be completely unwilling to agree to this. Instead of understanding, he showed himself only focused on profit, even if it is at the expense of the health of his customers. For that reason, we would like to advise others to spend their money on a more honest and humane person and not on Alvaro. I cannot give you any information about the boat itself, I have not seen it due to the situation.

A magnificent experience. It was our first time and both the prior instructions from Oasis Boats and the kindness and professionalism of Elena, the girl who welcomed us and gave us the prior instructions, made everything very easy and rewarding. The boat was as advertised and perfectly met our expectations.

Elena picked us up and explained everything. Super sweet woman only speaks Spanish. Everything works fine with a translation app. Had a super fun day and admired Ibiza from the water.

The attention from everyone was great, Lucia was a real charm to us, she explained everything to us very well. We will rent with them again

Since I contacted Álvaro to rent his boat, the treatment was 10, I had no doubt about the experience. The day of the rental was exactly as seen in the photos and in the explanation that Álvaro gave me. Punctuality, professionalism, clean and new boat. Experience of 10.

I have been able to enjoy an incredible sunset as a couple at Café del Mar, very close to where I picked up the boat. Alvaro explained everything to us in detail to live a very special moment and also recommended places for dinner afterwards, he is very nice. This summer I hope Come back and rent a whole day to enjoy the coves of Ibiza. Thank you for everything.
