They are thieves - never again. Thieves who give bad service and a shameful claim. We rented a Lagoon 421 catamaran, initially in good condition despite having clear signs of past use (the cockpit cushions were bad and dirty), the closures of many hatches do not work well, etc... The anchor windlass leaves to work after 5 days of rental (of 7 total) giving many problems of intermittent cuts, for which we requested technical assistance being in the north of Ibiza and far from the base port. Instead of sending us a technician, which is what is usually done in these cases, they tell us to go to the port and spend the last two nights there, as if we had paid more than €5,000 for a week to spend two nights in the port of San Antonio. Of course we did not do it and we had to spend the last two days throwing and picking up the anchor by hand among all, due to the lack of assistance. That's not the thing, but 10 days after leaving the boat in perfect condition except for the windlass (which was not our fault nor was it misused), they sent us without prior notice a collection of the deposit of €726 (200 € for an extra late cleaning and €400 for an alleged paper shroud in the starboard tank that did not exist while we were on the boat, + VAT). After 10 days!!!! Trying to show something that could belong to anyone. Of course we will demand our rights with a legal claim, and we hope that our reviews alert everyone who is looking for someone to rent a boat with not to do it with this company so shameless that it hides behind "Company Policy" for everything you can apply for. For the icing on the cake, you spend €5,000 on rent in 1 week and they tell you that they do not leave brooms or mops on the boats because if they had to spend €3 on the pole and €1 on the mocho for each rental it would cost them a fortune , since there are customers who take them away because we all know that mops are a precious object today. awesome hahahaha
