As for the reception and communication, I am very satisfied with the relations with Goran, his speed in responding to my messages and the welcome / assistance of those who greeted me on my arrival at the Bavaria office in the Marina. I have to make a firm criticism, however, of the quality of the assistance received by the staff of Click&Boat from the moment I made the request to rent a sailboat: I was contacted / assisted by three people who suddenly changed and did not has there ever been a relationship or information transfer; I was often not answered. A note: although I had repeatedly asked to have a boat in Caorle in the end I had to accept Goran's proposal (of which I was, as I wrote above, satisfied).
