The reservation was canceled one hour before departure. Without any offer of repair or replacement. I'm waiting for the refund announced this morning.

There was a misunderstanding when booking. At least the owner was able to rent me another boat, but it didn't have the same level of service as the boat I thought I'd booked. But hey, the owner was nice, and I was finally able to go boating instead of staying at the dock. Unfortunately, nothing on the boat worked, especially the fuel gauge!!!! As a result, I was charged double the fuel cost of what another owner charged me a few days later for the exact same trip. Bad luck...!!
