Excellent service all around. Highly recommended. Both Matteo and Aldo were extremely accommodating and sent us recommendations on beaches to visit and places to dock and have lunch. We really had the best day of our vacation cruising up and down the cost and enjoying La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The boat was in a great shape and everything was tip top. One minor thing is the communication on the meet up. We didn’t know until the last minute where to meet but Aldo & Mateo sent us the location and everything went swell afterwards.

We had a great time with matteos boat. After quick but due instructions, we spent a day at the coastline of 5terre and the boat offers everything you need! The description and the pictures are fully compliant with the actual boat. We would rent it anytime again!

We had a very unfortunate experience with Matteo’s boat. Upon arrival, despite hours of prior communication, we had no boat in sight. After much communication and back forth we managed to get into a boat about an hour after our scheduled departure. Then we were told we shouldn’t go to cinque terre because we couldn’t go within an hour. Why are you advertising “go cinque terre”?? This boat has no license or relevance to cinque terre and its operators will tell you to avoid cinque terre despite all its advertisements. We returned the boat early because we were fed up.

Matteo and his dad are awesome professionals. Fully recommend this rental service. There is parking in the marina if you have a vehicle is way more convenient

We stayed quite clear of Cinque Terre on Matteo’s recommendation and instead enjoyed the beautiful coves and beaches around Terrizo.

Wonderful day out, thank you! The boat was exactly as described and suited our family of five well. Sadly the weather and strong swell prevented us from heading around the coast to the Cinque Terre villages as planned, but we dropped anchor to swim and snorkel on Terrizzo, at Spiaggia del Groppolo, Caletta de Levanti and even had time to visit Porto Venera for a gelato 😊

Good communication, nice friendly service with good instructions at the start. The boat was what I expected. The 40hp easily got us up to Monterosso bay in just over an hr and we cruised our way back stopping in 3 to 4 locations for a swim. Great day. Some experience needed to navigate large chopp from bigger passing boats.

Matteo was very good at the communication and meeting us with the boat. My major complaint was that the boat we had specifically ordered was not the one that we received. The boat worked fine but the layout of the boat we were supposed to get would have worked much better. I would have preferred if Matteo had made us aware of this before hand but I was on the dock with my kids and they were excited to get on the water. I didn't want to cancel our trip. All in all it was a great day one the water and the boat worked fine. I would have just wished we were not surprised with a different boat once we were already there.

Good boat, paper work can be done faster and more efficient

It was honestly such a great experience hiring Mattel’s boat for the day. We had a fantastic day and that is because of Matteo’s detailed instructions on how to use the boat and his suggestions on what to see once we were in the water. We really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything to us so we felt safe in the water and the boat. No question was a silly question to him! Thank you. Also throughout the day, he was available via WhatsApp so we could communicate with him when we needed some tips. The boat itself is in very good condition, has speakers and a mini shower which was a great addition. We had no problems with our boat during the day. If we’re ever back in Cinque Terre, I would not hesitate to contact him again. I would definitely recommend you get the boat - you won’t regret it!

Thanks, The whole experience was without any smallest issue, perfectly smooth. Boat was well prepared and in very good condition and clean. Matteo was communicating very quickly, friendly and open. The boat wasn't the one we booked, but otherwise everything was fine! We had a very large replacement dinghy... the day went well! I'd revise the ad title since you can't go to Cinque Terre by boat ?

We ordered a boat for 6 people, but ended up getting a much smaller one. They said the other one had broken down the day before. The six of us squeezed onto the boat and made do with the situation. We were hoping for a small discount at the end, but it was in vain. Otherwise, everything was fine, but annoying.

A magnificent day in the blue waters of the Cinque Terre. The problem was that the boat we booked was unavailable, and we were "downgraded" to a RIB. The price/quality ratio was therefore unfavorable: we are awaiting a gesture from Click&Boat to continue the adventure with you. However, the welcome from the charter company was impeccable.

Everything perfect, the team is always available for small details and route problems.

We got a different boat than the one we chose because it was apparently broken. The equipment was similar, however. Unfortunately, the shower didn't work. We reported this to Matteo, who waived the fuel costs due to the inconvenience. The process went smoothly.

Injustice at the end of the trip, when they asked us to pay €100 for the anchor that had come loose in the sea without ever having touched it. Furthermore, what made the situation worse was the fact that the anchor was not from the boat booked by us in the previous days, but from a replacement boat that was decidedly worse than the one booked. I strongly advise against renting with this company.

Despite the bad weather, we had a great experience. Communication beforehand was easy and there was no need for a lot of paperwork. The boat we booked had a defect in the morning, but a high-quality replacement was found. It was our first time out on a boat, we had great instructions, good knowledge of English and Italian is a must. Because of the bad weather, we were only out for half a day, so Matteo waived the petrol costs, great. Conclusion: We'd be happy to do it again, it was clean and a lot of fun, next time with better weather.

Matteo and Alberto proved to be excellent owners of the boat. Available, precise and attentive. The motorboat is equipped with a stern shower which is useful if you are out all day to rinse off the salt water. There is no shortage of space on board, a large locker in the bow and 3 other compartments where you can store bags and objects. Very flexible even with the return times, a much appreciated gesture for those who want to fully enjoy the day. Highly recommended!!!

The weather was really not favorable on the day of our sea trip (rain, wind, rough sea) but we could not cancel or postpone despite the weather insurance taken because the sea remained “passable” in some places. We had to postpone the start and the communication with Matteo was quite good but late. We still had a good afternoon on the boat as described, but the weather insurance is really useless.
