Great communication and very helpful

Everything went super easy. Communication was always in time. The boat is exactly like described and in a very good shape. Valentina and Lorenzo had been super nice and helpful. We would love to book it again!

We booked for 5 adults and 2 babies. Not kids. Babies. When we came to the port, Valentina greeted us and let us know that the boat is not enough for 7 persons. She made us rent a second boat (a blue tiny boat) with an extra cost otherwise we would miss our money. She accused me I never replied to her messages, although she had sent only one message 14 hours ago and I had replied within 6 hours. We waited 1.5 hour under the sun in August to find lifejackets and prepare the boats (36 degrees Celsius). She insisted on wearing the life jackets to both babies while she was explaining the procedure. NOTE: we were OUTSIDE of the boat. When we told her, that please let them be without life jackets and as soon as we step into the boat, they will wear them for the whole trip. Her answer was: no, they need to wear them from now to get used to them. So we had 2 babies, crying at the top of their lungs for 1 hour under the sun of August. It was the worst experience in Italy. Boats were really dirty and when we told them so they replied “we don’t know we will have babies”. So if we didn’t have babies, it would be ok to have a dirty boat? Our boat (that she made us rent extra) had no ankor because previous guests lost it. So we were also waiting to go and buy a new ankor. She gave as the new ankor in a bag of the supermarket and she told us to put it by ourselves. If we don’t tie it correctly and we loose it, we pay 100€ fine. As a result, we couldn’t stop anywhere in 7 hours sailing as were afraid to take the responsibility and establish a new ankor. Both boats, had nothing from equipment. I live in Santorini and we have dozens of “rent by yourselves” boat companies. I have driven many times. All of them have a basic equipment, like GPS and this thing to show you the depth of the water. Her boats had NOTHING. When we asked her how to know how deep or shallow the water is, she said “you will see by the eye”. Unbelievable. She only gave us a piece of paper map, of places to avoid. Without GPS on the boat, how we were supposed to know where we are? (No signal on the phone in the sea most of the times). To sum up, there are many companies in Mirabello port. All of them, had better boats and we saw many of them (same type) to host 5-7 persons on board (adults). If I were you, I would avoid Valentina and her boats.

We had a very nice day on the boat and everything was perfect, the boat was very good and the communication from Valentina excellent.

We were in Italy for one month and the day we spent out on Valentina’s boat was a true highlight of our trip! She provided great tips of where to go and what to see. I have friends who are in La Spezia now and I am 100% referring them to Valentina!!! Such a great value for the money and SO fun!

Valentina is a responsive host. Got in touch quickly, accompanied with instructions and advice. The boat could not sail in Cinque Terre. The boat itself is a bit old but everything worked. No usb. Would not recommend for more than 4 people. The boat is heavy, did not glide. But the impressions are great.

Very good communication, very friendly welcome when we took over the boat. The shower wasn't working, no problem. The ad didn't mention that the Cinque Terre are not visible from the sea with this rental.

Perfect, easy exchange with the owner and clear instructions from the boat man. Super nice, he advised us on discovery routes. Easy boat to drive even for beginners. And the open sea experience. Definitely worth the detour, breathtaking scenery. Sublime experience. We had 3 children who loved it, 6 years old / 9 years old and 18 years old. Thanks to Valentina and the maintenance man. Ps: Remember to refuel the boat at the port at the end of the trip

Very nice boat

Everything went great, and the boat was also very suitable. Unfortunately, the freshwater shower was broken, so you couldn't rinse yourself off after swimming, but that was all. The rest went really well, including the briefing and information about the area, even for a rental without any boating experience.

Hi, a bit dated but efficient boat. The real problem lies in the engine which consumes a lot of petrol without providing adequate performance, together with the 30-litre tank (according to the owner) which did not guarantee the execution of the tour they recommended to us, so much so that we had to refuel in order not to stay in the middle of the sea. An accomplice to this situation is also a fuel light that is not in excellent condition. Apart from this problem, a pleasant experience and a boat with large cushions and two sundecks.

We were generally disappointed with the boat, which seemed older than in the photos. The engine is restricted so not very optimum for 40 horsepower. Unfortunately, we had a lingering smell of gasoline which really ruined our trip. In addition, the arrival was complicated with a nice proposal to get us into the private car park for an exchange of 10 euros in cash afterwards.
