Very sweet and helpful people working here, they answered our (many) questions.

Lorenzo and Mattia made the whole experience really pleasant. This was our first time using Click&Boat and Lorenzo replied swiftly and competently. Mattia was the one helping us in the marina, giving the introduction to the boat and also helping us while we were whatsapp-ing him in the afternoon when we didn’t find the right pier in one of the other costal cities. The boat was is great shape and we had tons of fun. The next time we plan a trip to the Pisa-Region, we’ll surely reach out to Lorenzo and Mattia again!

Firstly the port wasn’t where we expected so it took half an hour longer than expected. The guy that came to show us the boat was really helpful and was very knowledgeable and changed the first boat as it had an issue. The boats weren’t identical but the day was a memorable one.

If you are looking for a boat to see the Cinque Terre, hands off! I searched for the place "Cinque Terre" in the app, found several offers and booked this one. Like usual I payed in advance. Lorenzo told us his collaborator Fabrizio would bring us the boat. When Fabrizio, a very friendly man, explained us the boat, he told us its forbidden to go to Cinque Terre with Lorenzos boat because he has no license to go there. Fabrizio understood our frustration and was little ashamed, because we booked the boat just to see Cinque Terre from the oceanside. It is not correct not mentioning that fakt in advance! The boat has no shower! We are quite disappointed.

San Lorenzo marina is a taxi ride from La Spezia. Allow 30 mins to get there.

Lorenzo and Fabrizio made renting and picking up boat easy and I always felt comfortable. We walked to marina (40 mins) from cruise terminal and took boat all over exploring the cliffs and eventually anchoring near a nice beach where we relaxed. We had a great time and recommend this boat and service.

We had a great day, the communication went well. Beware, there is no shower on board allthough the advertisement stated there should be one.

Great professional and availability

Everything was perfect. We rented the boat for a whole day and both my husband and I had a great time. Lorenzo and his colleague welcomed us very well, with kindness and professionalism, explaining everything about the boat to us and also giving us excellent advice on the itinerary to take.

Very good boat to sail and discover the surroundings of La Spezia with a very nice spot next to Tinetto. Mattia welcomed us well and explained everything we needed to know. I highly recommend!

Both times and rental methods have been defined very clearly by Lorenzo and Mattia. The space on board is also excellent even for 8 people, recommended.

We had a perfect experience. The staff first of all, Mattia who welcomed us is very friendly, and was accommodating about the time of handing over the boat. He gave us a lot of advice both on where to sail and on how to use the boat itself. Speaking of this one, we found it perfect: the power is more than sufficient because the boat is light, it maneuvers very easily and is comfortable. Consumption is also an appreciable point: 30L of gasoline for 7 hours along the coast, suffice to say that it is not much. However, be careful of the sun along the coast: sailing does not make you feel hot/sunburned. At the end of the day, we handed the boat over to Mattia (who was on site when we arrived), he checked the boat and the fuel tank and we were able to close the rental contract without any problems. For our part, experience to be repeated. The Cinques Terre are full of sumptuous places, the views of the sea being just as appreciable as those on land.

A beautiful experience Mattia welcomed us in an excellent manner and knowing that we would return sooner, he was found at the port upon our arrival even though the agreed time was not that. Kindness and helpfulness and also very helpful with his advice.

Easy access, parking nearby, available and courteous

It was our second boat rental via Lorenzo and Click&Boat. Unfortunately, this time the expectation was that we should come to a relatively remote part of the port, which was unfortunate. Since we were running late anyway, this caused a brief lack of understanding and a slight upset. Finally the colleague came to pick us up and we had a cool day on the boat. Unfortunately, this time there was no fresh water shower, that was comfortable, ...

All perfect. Dinghy in excellent condition and very detailed instructions before leaving. It shows that there is professionalism and experience. I put 4 stars in maintenance only because the petrol indicator is misleading. It came out full but it was half done. In my opinion to fix. I will definitely do it again.

Problem with the fuel gauge but otherwise on top

Boat was complete, clean and very fast. We sailed all around La Spezia in one day with plenty of time for snorkeling and relaxing. Check-in/out was also fine.
