Boat rental in Lac du Bourget · Safter — Safter 465 (2021)

The rental company apparently had some difficulties. Fortunately, a very pleasant day, on a boat in good condition (which was not the one we had booked). Certainly an "equivalent" boat, but without the front beach, which was, for us, THE determining criterion. This rental company shows major organizational shortcomings. Until the last moment, the day before at 9:45 p.m., we could not be sure about the boat or the port where to embark. On the return, no one to receive the boat despite SMS and verbal confirmation of the meeting time. Then a problem returning the Identity Card left as a deposit, which forced us to wait until 7:00 p.m. when we had planned to return at 5:30 p.m. "An arrangement" was promised to us. I would like to point out that we rented on August 16, 2024, and that to date, August 21, 2024, no written confirmation of this arrangement has reached us.
