John and his team Iro & Charis were outstanding hosts. They use a digital check-in system that provides 24/7 access to the boat's details using photos & text. Online chat is also available and came handy when minor issues with the biat showed up. The team responded promptly and adequately resolving the situation. Highly recommended.
