Welcome aboard SILENE, our 2022 Excess 11 owner's version, which we have equipped for long-distance family cruising. Everything is designed for safe sailing, in a comfortable and practical boat with impressive living space, without ever compromising the pleasure of sailing and steering. Indeed, Excess boats are designed for sailors who are looking for sailboats that offer responsive sail trim and excellent helm feel. The owner's cabin has a 2 x 2 m bed and a large shower and toilet. The two guest cabins to port share a shower and toilet. Two air conditioning units are on board, which operate when the boat is connected to shore power: one for the owner's cabin and the other for the central saloon and guest cabins. The two forward berths are furnished so that an adult or child can sleep comfortably (light, side window). For relaxation, you will have sunbeds on the roof and foredeck. The canvas roof at the stern opens, offering excellent visibility of the sails. For safety, it features a SEA.AI camera (a UFO/boat collision detection camera) and radar. Safety is optimized for children with enclosed lifelines all around the boat (not shown in all photos), enclosed swim platforms, and nets for the steps. The 20hp dinghy with a steering wheel allows access to any anchorage. Unlimited fresh water is available on board with a 600L water tank and a watermaker that produces water without starting the engines, thanks to the solar panel.
