Overall rating
Top Boat, great rental partner. Always again with greatest pleasure! We enjoyed this perfect Boat and the recommondations from the gentle owner a lot! Thank you, for sure we will rent it again!
We had a great experience with the team; Yvon is very friendly and professional. We also met Antoine, with whom we had a perfect exchange and who greatly facilitated our day.
Very good. Extended hours and no need to fill up with gas. Charged per liter consumed at the gas station price.
Perfect second rental… BUT a €960 dispute still unresolved by Click&Boat! ⚠️ While our second rental went very well, Click&Boat's customer service was deplorable regarding our first booking on June 29th. After booking the first boat, the owner tried to force us to hire a captain for an additional €250, a condition not specified in the listing. As experienced sailors ourselves, we immediately canceled the booking by mutual agreement, less than 20 minutes after payment. Result: Nearly a month later, Click&Boat is still holding onto our €960! This is unacceptable for a platform of this reputation. If a full refund is not issued as soon as possible, we will contact the relevant authorities (DGCCRF) and raise awareness of this matter on our social media and within our nautical community. A word to the wise: take action!
