Eleni was a great organizer. She has the system down efficiently and effectively. You are provided with ample instructions before you leave the dock and It is important you pay close attention to every detail. The water and beaches were beautiful - I would recommend to a friend to do this!

I have rent in the past other boats(without license) and the owners were like “take it and good luck”…. Eleni gave us an awesome lesson prior giving us the boat which was very helpful. She is also really good in explaining everything and answering questions. Overall a very good experience.

Everyone was, friendly and explained us all procedures clearly. We had a wonderful day on our boat and really enjoy it. Definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to explore Lefkada by a different way.

What happens in the case of bad weather?

If the weather does not allow you to go out to sea, we recommend postponing your booking to a later date by coordinating with the boat owner on our Click&Boat messenger. For daily charters, you can subscribe to our Weather Guarantee insurance to be fully refunded in case of bad weather (special weather report, storm, etc...).

Do I need a license to rent this boat?

You do not need a boating license to book this boat. However, you may be asked for an ID on the day of the rental.

In the case of problems with the boat at sea, am I insured?

All boats made available on Click&Boat are covered by at least a mandatory third-party liability insurance (RC), as required by applicable regulations. This insurance generally covers damages caused to third parties, but does not cover damages caused to the rented boat itself. In the event of damage to the boat during the rental period, the owner is entitled to retain part or all of the deposit left by the renter in order to cover the repair costs. The renter may, where eligible, take out a damage waiver insurance in order to protect their deposit. As a general rule, damages are to be settled directly between the renter and the boat owner. In case no agreement can be reached, the matter may need to be referred to the competent legal authority. Additional insurances (such as deposit waiver, assistance, etc.) may be purchased directly on Click&Boat at the time of booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Do I have the required experience to rent this boat?

Before accepting a booking request, the owner may carry out a check of the renter's nautical resume to ensure that he or she is experienced enough to hire the boat.
