I chartered a brand-new 2025 catamaran with GR Sailing from Lefkada in June 2025 for a 7-day cruise, and the whole experience was outstanding. From the very first email, communication was excellent – prompt, clear and professional, with all our questions answered quickly and in detail. When we arrived at the marina a bit earlier than the official check-in time, the team did everything possible to prepare the boat and hand it over to us as quickly as they could, in perfect condition. Check-in was incredibly fast and efficient, yet very friendly and relaxed, and the staff were helpful, smiling and patient throughout. The catamaran itself was superb: a 2025 model, perfectly clean, fully equipped with everything needed on board, and a real pleasure to sail – you can really feel that it is new and that everything works flawlessly. During the entire week we had no technical issues at all; the one time we called the base with a small question, they answered immediately and were very helpful. Check-out was just as smooth and fair, with a quick inspection and no unnecessary stress. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, perfect boat condition, flexibility on timing and genuinely friendly attitude from the whole staff, despite the “bee-hive” level of activity on the pontoon at both departure and return – it is very clear that they take great care in preparing all their boats. Overall, I would honestly give GR Sailing a 10 out of 5 and I recommend them without any hesitation to families with children as well as groups of friends, both experienced skippers and more relaxed holiday sailors.
