Absolutely embarrassing welcome, we did not know where the agency was or on which pier the boat was located. A switchboard answered the number that appeared in the chat. The boat was clean and lived up to expectations but since the second day of sailing we have had problems with the bow thruster that malfunctioned ... weak tick and after 20 seconds of use it went haywire. Upon returning to port, on the last day, I had to use the bow thruster because I had a strong crosswind and this again left me in a breakdown .... the charterer called some mechanics and took away the engine bow thruster despite the fact that once cooled it had started working again. The hirer Fotini Mike He demanded a refund, withheld from the deposit, of 700 euros. This is unacceptable behavior as I am the damaged one and it cannot be attributed to me the failure of an engine for the mere fact of having used it!
