He was very friendly, excellent service, quality, price.

The tour was okay, but the rest was terrible. Immediately after booking, the person in charge simply never sent any details or information as promised. I tried to contact them, but they either didn't answer or hung up. I had to contact support at Click&Boat (who were very helpful) to get a response only the day before the tour, which left me very frustrated because I was organizing a company party and didn't know if it would happen or if it was a scam. Furthermore, the description states that it includes a paddleboard, which the person said he didn't know was in the ad. He found one and wanted to charge €50 for use. They repeatedly told me not to get the cushions dirty, as there would be another tour. In the end, I requested an invoice, since it was a company tour, and they said they would send it to me. A few days passed, and I charged again, but still nothing. Honestly, it was an experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone because of the anxiety and stress I experienced.

Many thanks to Francisco and Braulio. A very pleasant trip, both of them were very attentive and kind. They showed us the different points of interest in Lisbon and then took us to a quiet bathing area where the water was a better temperature. You can also play your own music. Thank you very much! If we come back, we will definitely repeat.

A fantastic time spent thanks to Nuno and his assistant! The trip on the Tagus alone with the passenger(s) of his choice, a caring team and an impressive sailing boat are a memory that I will keep with me! Thank you.

The experience has been great. We have enjoyed it very much, both adults and children. For 4 hours there is time to enjoy the views of the city and take a good swim. The crew of 10.
