X-Yachts of 12.50 m, the model is a perfectly maintained X412 MKII from 1994. It is moored at the port of Loctudy and available for a minimum rental week. This boat offers real pleasure at the helm and navigation. It is a powerful sailboat with a high ballast ratio which is very seaworthy. I reserve the right to accept only people with adequate nautical skills. Otherwise, in terms of habitability and comfort this sailboat is very well equipped. It has 4 cabins with 2 berths outside the saloon and comfortably accommodates 8 people. The kitchen equipped with a double stove with oven, double sink and fridge. Two bathrooms are present on board with hot and cold water under pressure, shower & WC. The region offers many possibilities for navigation. Well maintained boat, first owner, Very complete equipement. The boat is excellent for sailing.
Boat designed and equipped for close-hauled sailing, a real pleasure. The deck fittings are very neat. The nautical instruments are very complete and in working order. The owner maintains his boat which lacks nothing except energy autonomy to keep the fridge functional, especially in summer. Thanks to Guillaume and Katherine for entrusting me with this beautiful bird. To do again :-)

Guillaume is friendly and welcoming and assists you as well as possible so that you leave in the best conditions. Small flat missing a windlass and a dinghy engine
