Extremely disappointed with the service. Our flight was cancelled, meaning we were unable to attend the booking, and despite providing reasonable notice, the boat owner refused to refund any part of the payment. Not even a partial refund was offered, and we were still charged for boat fuel and other costs for a trip we never took. This approach feels unreasonable and unfair, especially given the circumstances.
